The Center is conveniently located just East of downtown Denver. It is in the medical office building near the corner of Ogden St. and 21st St. on the West side of the Exempla St. Joseph's Hospital campus. The address of the building is 1960 N Ogden St, Denver, CO 80218. Mountain States Urogynecology is located in Suite 520. The main entrance to the building is on Ogden St. For your convenience, there is ample free parking in the covered parking garage attached to the building or in the surface lot on Ogden across from the main entrance to the building. |

The Center is conveniently located on the Exempla Lutheran Medical Center campus in Wheat Ridge. The office is in the Streufert Building on the 4th floor. Free parking is available in the Streufert Building lot. |
