I couldn’t be more pleased with the surgery. I would have done this years ago if I had only known about it. This, for me, was much different than I expected. The surgery was just no big deal. I healed quickly, not much discomfort, but best of all, no more pads or embarrassment. I don’t worry anymore when I sneeze or cough. I used to be terrified about sitting on fabric chairs. Now I can do whatever I want. No leaking. Just freedom, I wish I had done this years ago.

I am writing this letter to thank you for everything you have done to restore my health and mental well being.

I only wish I had known about your specialization before trusting another doctor in Denver, who I feel botched my hysterectomy and bladder suspension.  After suffering for almost two years with problems in voiding, numerous kidney and vaginal infections and a sex life that was extremely painful, I now feel like I have regained control of my health.

My previous “after surgery experience” left me with a totally dysfunctional bladder and confined to a catheter for over 5 ½ weeks, which was followed by two painful years of problems.  You cannot imagine the surprise and relief that I felt when my bladder was functioning totally the day after you performed my reconstructive operation!

I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had minimal after surgery pain and was able to return to work within two weeks. I am so happy that you were able to remodel my female parts so that I have a normal bladder function and restoration of my sex life.  It has been a year now since the surgery and I am a very happy patient.
